KEEP THE MUSIC GOING

Need a hand?

A few answers to help you find a show and take care of your playlist.

I can't find the artist or show

Try the artist's main name and check the location to tell similar names apart. You can also import the original HTTPS link to a show on setlist.fm. Only original links without parameters are accepted.

Why are some songs missing?

Setlists and music catalogs come from different sources. Tapes, solos, medleys, covers, and some versions may not have a reliable match. The results show missing tracks; we do not add an uncertain recording just to complete the list.

My playlist is incomplete

Open the playlist from the result link and check each track. If an operation was not confirmed, check your library before making another request. Refreshing the result checks the same job and does not create another playlist.

My account asks me to reconnect

Authorization may expire or be revoked by the service. Open My connections and connect again. An account connected in another browser does not appear here automatically.

My browser does not save my choices

Preferences and request history use local storage. Browser restrictions or private browsing may prevent them from persisting. Search still works, but your choices may be lost when you leave to sign in.

Do I have to accept ads?

You can reject optional ads and still create playlists. Reopen preferences from the footer at any time. An ad blocker does not prevent playlist creation.

How do I remove data?

In My connections, disconnect one or all accounts and clear local data. This does not delete playlists already created in music services.
